About Zoë

I'm a registered member of The Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST), am fully insured and regularly undertake further CPD training. I work locally and internationally, both in-person in Brighton and online.

Adults see me for symptoms including chronic PTSD, Fibromyalgia, Crohn's Disease, IBS and back pain, while children and teenagers seek help for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression or exam stress.

Babies struggling with colic, reflux, constipation and sleep problems also come into my clinic for help.

I have a background in dance, movement and yoga, as well as in coaching private and corporate clients. Meditation and Shamanic practices also inform my approach.

Zoe Egerton Craniosacral Therapy Brighton

I discovered Craniosacral Therapy over 25 years ago, following a difficult birth involving vacuum extraction, an intervention which left my baby with whiplash. After 6 weeks of constant pain, two treatments released the trauma from his body and he was finally able to sleep. The treatments I received for myself released long-term PTSD and turned my life around for the better. The results have been profound, not only for me but also for my family and those around me.

Volunteer Work

In addition to my private practice, I'm very happy to have brought Craniosacral Therapy to 'The Clock Tower Sanctuary' in Brighton and am currently involved with Cranio in the Community, treating those directly affected by the Grenfell fire.

I have also provided Craniosacral Therapy to adults supported by the services of Southdown Housing Association, a local Brighton charity, as well as family members in the unenviable position of requiring dedicated hospice care and support for their children from Chestnut Tree House.
